Thoughts...

Saw my eldest son (Steven) and his friend (Cody) off on Friday to go to OC with our church youth group for Premier Winter Fest. He was supposed to text or call me when he arrived, just to make sure he got there safely, which he is usually good about doing, but I suppose he was having too much fun or maybe the teenage years are setting in..not sure if I want to admit that one or not..lol.

My youngest son (Rylan) had a basketball game today, the won like 28-12....its always fun to watch this age play (6-7 yr olds)...if you get my drift..lol ...if not, you'll have to go check one of these games out sometime and you will see what I mean. The are so cute! :) Ate lunch at Friendly's afterwards and treated him to Ice Cream with Colored Sprinkles! :)

I played Creationary and Trouble with Rylan this evening...he beat me at both games! ...lol

Its Amazing how much someone special can occupy your thoughts in just a few days without them here! I Miss him! :(

Sick & Tired of Being Sick & Tired

Well, started my 2nd dose of antibiotics today..feeling a little better than what I did yesterday.

For those of you who aren't up to date..I ended up going to Urgent Care yesterday afternoon, cause I wasn't feeling very well at all...the previous two days I was feeling very sluggish and had a real scratchy, dry throat , then it turned into coughing and then stuffy and congested, feeling like it was draining on my chest ..feeling like maybe I was getting bronchitis too on top of what I knew was a sinus infection, I get these mostly every year , cause I suffer with bad allergies and I can pretty much diagnose myself anymore , since I get it at least once a year...but I didn't think that I was going to have strep throat on top of all that..never had strep before. So, that's what Urgent Care diagnosed me with...Sinusitis and Strep ....lucky me!...lol..Not!! :P So , they send me home with antibiotics, albuterol & flonaisse and plenty of rest! ...which is hard to do when today was also a Snow/Ice Day for my boys...school was closed to do Icy Conditions this morning and they say more on the way tonight and tomorrow. No rest for me!...lol...Blaaah! :P

Here Goez Nothing!.....

Ok, Well, You've asked for it..so Here Goez Nothing....It haz taken me 8 monthz to start writing "Something" in thiz DagBlog Empty Space. But, What Do I Say??...How Do I Say It??... and Where Do I Start??....Hmm, lemme see....I don't know a darn thing about these bloggerz?!?....but I sure do like to read them when they are on someone else'z page...lol. :P

Oh! By the way..HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Wishing ALL of you A Wonderful, Healthy, Happy, Safe, Very Blessed & Most Prosperous 2011!!!

I'm really looking forward to what God haz in store for me thiz year and itz already off to a good start! He sat me down for a few weekz and discussed what HIZ Plan was for me! ;)

My leg is starting to feel alot better and all the bruising iz almost all gone. I still can't be on it for very long though, 'cause it startz to swell and when that happenz it really startz hurting pretty bad and makez difficult for walking. For those of you who don't know what I am speaking of.....

A few weekz ago....December 16th to be exact...I slipped and basically did a split and tore my hamstring muscle at Target. It had just started to snow outside (our first snow of the season), which made for very slippery conditonz on a tile floor. I tried to "Chuckle" it off with embarrassement thinking I was okay, but realized when I stood up the pain was so severe I could hardly stand it, so I limped my way over to the jewelry counter (thats where I had slipped) holding my hamstring and saying to the lady at the counter..."I think I Am Going to Pass Out" so, she wheeled up a desk chair (not sure where that came from..but anyways..) and as soon as I sat down...Black Out! They followed procedurez and called 911...so, needless to say...I ended up in the ER. Sure enough, they discovered I had torn my hamstring..so they sent me home with crutchez and some pain medz and told me to put an ice pack on it for 4 dayz and then heat the rest of the time. I don't like taking alot of medz, but I needed to do something for the pain, so a friend from Facebook told me about thiz Homepathic Remedy called : Arnica 30X Tabletz.....Never heard of it before, but that stuff really workz!! And I also found the Arnica Gel for the outside of my leg too for the bruising and swelling and that also worked very well!! I Highly Recommend it!!! :) But hopefully you won't need it!
